U-6 girls kicked off their second camogie training session last Saturday April 24th at 11.30 am. The numbers were high again with a turnout of 26 girls. This week Sheelagh Daffy lead the session with the help of Jill Morris, Saidbhe Corbett, Rebecca Kennedy, Emma Deegan & Ellen Liddy. Training will continue each week at 11.30am  - unless weather is bad and in that case all parents will receive a text from Jill Morris.

"I would like to thank all the people who give their time voluntarily to train and mentor these groups of girls. Without their help this would not be possible."

Camogie Chairperson, Marie Kennedy & Secretary, Breda Daffy were in attendance this week as they were last week. Maire welcomed all the new players and thanked all the trainers and mentors for giving their spare time in helping out. With over 65 young girls in the groups U-6's, U-8's & U-10's, the high number of mentors and coaches present were kept busy.
